Is it normal that he doesn't stop looking at me and never come talk to me ?

Not long ago I started to find every Tuesday afternoon with a guy at the same place. He looked a lot to me and sometimes when I was looking at him, he turned his face and the opposite happened when I was doing what he did. But one day, I saw him with a girl who seemed to be his girlfriend. I can't stop thinking about him. And he continues to stares at me, but we never talk to each other.Is it normal that I remain interested in him knowing that the girl who was with him, can be his girlfriend and without talked to him?
And if that girl is really his girlfriend, it's normal that he still stares at me?

    You're probably really hot. And he might be really taken. Or really shy...or worst case, really creepy. But hey, you should prob go talk to him and find out for yourself! He could just be a people watcher.

    To be honest I don't think he is even interested in me. He doesn't seems the type of guy who could be interessed in a girl like me. I never had luck in love. I wish that could be true, but I guess it's not.

    Just suck it up and go up to him and spark up a conversation? What's the worst that can happen? He probably does like you, and if that IS his girlfriend then you could possibly be really good friends and snag him when they break up.. Good luck!

    the only way you're going to know is if you talk to him. smile at him next time he stares at you. make it obvious you're noticing him. the girl could be just a really close friend, or an ex he's still close to.

    from personal experience, i had a friend that i liked but thought she had a boyfriend, she always hugged this one guy before class(when i was in school) and rather then asking if it was her boyfriend.. i just assumed it was.. they hugged allot to not be going out or so i thought. it wasnt till it was too late that i found out it WASNT her boyfriend and i spent the better part of the year cooling my heels over a girl that i got along well with. sadly i never saw her again. dont make a foolish mistake, take 5 minutes and go emberass yourself :) people are all too cought up in what other people will think, it only matters to them if you show it matters to you. you can have allot more fun when you dont care what others think.
