I wish I didn't focus on them, but I hate my own though they aren't pronounced or visible. It is specific to lips and the neck, anywhere my mouth may go, (1) it isn't a conscious thing for me and (2) I would change it if I could as I don't want to feel this way. Luckily I have overcome it on some level as I've had relationships of course and loved them, but I had to force myself to kiss near them so they wouldn't feel self conscious, I hate this about me actually, it's shallow but it comes from something deeply embedded in my formative years with my own body
I'm a girl and I have 2 moles, one that I've had as long as I can remember it's on my chest right in between my breast but just high enough that you can alway see it when I wear clothes that aren't a sweater or turtle neck or something. It's a tad higher up on my chest. I also have one on the back of my neck. I know for myself I like a guy with something unique about him. And I wouldn't want a guy so shallow as to not date me because I have a mole. It's so shallow.
