Is it normal that chickpeas make me sick

About 30 minutes after I eat chickpeas I feel mildly sick. As a child it would be worse and I would throw up but with time it got less “severe”. This isn’t because I don’t like the taste, I don’t mind chickpeas and I like hummus. Is this an allergy? Do chickpeas cause such a reaction to everybody?

Stupid joke time 😂 : Instead of chickpeas, I love chickpees (when a chick pees) 😂. Instead of hummus, I love humans 😂.

Now to be serious, I kind of like chickpeas, since they're high in fiber, and is a good Middle eastern and Indian curry like lentels too. I also love hummus on pita bread.

What's the diffirence between a lentil and a Russian chickpea?

Donald Trump has never had a lentil on his face.

They don't have that effect on me and I've never heard anyone else say they have that problem.

A reaction is not necessarily an allergy, by the way. If your reaction bothers you, just don't eat them, they're not too hard to avoid.

Chickpeas are pretty good and high fiber, like lentils and beans. I also buy extra high fiber wheat bread. I need a lot of fiber or else I get constipation trouble. Bananas are also good for constipation, and prunes too.

Yeah it's an allergy. It's best to stay away from them.
