Is it normal both my neighbours compete with music in there houses and the music is so bass-ey and loud that the police comes literally, also the refugees get scared lmao.

I am glad i'm not your neighbour. I once had a noisy neighbour who partied all night. I made sure he got kicked out of the apartment complex. Funny that you scared the refugees though lol.
