Is it normal that an elderly person i know has a funky smell

It's like poo that's been sitting in the toilet for a couple of days. The pungent part of it is gone, but it still has a distinctly earthy smell to it.

I have noticed this on some other elderly people as well. Is this actually dry poo on their clothes that they're not aware of?

    Yeah. They actually DO have shit in their clothes. It's called being incontinent. Adult diapers and such. Youll Learn all about that when u get old im sure. We all probably will.
