I guess it's normal for younger people. I used to think that way until I had my own spawn. I suppose it's biological. I think he's insanely cute even when he's screaming for 4 hours straight and shitting himself and vomiting on me. His toothless mouth makes me weak at the knees. Doesn't bother me a bit, even though by all reasonable accounts, it should bother me a great deal.
Now I love all babies and talk to random kids on the bus. Maybe having your own triggers all that shit. At least it did for me. Now I can't get enough of kids lol.
I guess it's why our species survived this long. If kids weren't insanely cute, we'd eat them the first time they cried.
