Title pretty much.
Literally all children annoy me and I hate being around them. Even babies. Like all they do is cry and they're gross.
I don't think they're cute. It feels weird when someone brings their kid around, and everyone else is all "Oh they're so cute", and I'm the only one thinking "Who gives a shit lol".
Is this normal?
I guess it's normal for younger people. I used to think that way until I had my own spawn. I suppose it's biological. I think he's insanely cute even when he's screaming for 4 hours straight and shitting himself and vomiting on me. His toothless mouth makes me weak at the knees. Doesn't bother me a bit, even though by all reasonable accounts, it should bother me a great deal.
Now I love all babies and talk to random kids on the bus. Maybe having your own triggers all that shit. At least it did for me. Now I can't get enough of kids lol.
I guess it's why our species survived this long. If kids weren't insanely cute, we'd eat them the first time they cried.
I never quite got it either.
People act like babies or small children are so precious but Lord knows they will grow up to be rotten like the rest of us.
I feel the same way, human babies are a repulsive cancer on this planet. I'm thankful that I had the wisdom to not contribute to this 6th mass extinction.
Agree, kids turn every location into their personal playground. Very inappropriate especially at work or adult parties where alcohol is served.
