depends on how far you go with it. flirting for the sake of it, is often done out of boredom or as a distraction from stressful situations at work - doesn't have to mean anything really. and yes, just about everyone i know flirts with their coworkers to SOME degree (and most of them HAVEN'T slept with each other). it's just a matter of the intent (or lack thereof) behind the flirting.
