Is it normal that if you try to delete your account on Susans.org they sometimes won't despite having the option? I even got several emails from a moderator telling me to come back and that my account would be waiting despite me telling them I WASN'T going to use the site anymore and repeatedly asking nicely for them to respect my wishes. When I finally complained after a while they just immediately removed my complaint and banned me but my account is STILL ACTIVE!

(I even got a message that said "Did you think you'd get away that easily" from a moderator after I selected the delete account option.)

Is It Normal?

    "SUSANS.org"? That's very distrusting especially when you factor in that message. Perhaps, you can take up a legal complaint and threaten to press charges. Keep all of the emails/messages and what not that you have received from the moderators and the site as evidence.

    Did you carefully read the sites "terms and conditions"? There's a site I joined for crossdressers and in that document they explicitly state that you can't delete your account. I found it strange... But I signed up anyway. I haven't really gotten into it because the site seems to be "dead" and some of the moderators seem to be emotionally unstable/abusers of their power. Still, you can try to bring legal action against them.

      It says right in the OP that the site DOES have a "delete account" option but I guess it's one of those "email an admin" type things.

      Because MAYBE they didn't need or want to use the site anymore? Plenty of info elsewhere or maybe they had finished their transition or something like that?

      People stop using sites or switch to others you know. Do you just abandon your online accounts instead of deleting them? I prefer to clean up after myself and I'm sure that person does too.

    That shits illegal! You know that right? If they banned you from the site but they are still using your profile(Which represents you) they are illegally posting on your behalf. Report them too the police and sue them if they are really so persistent. However may I ask what susans is?

    That's not normal. I don't know this site but I'm pretty sure they are violating some laws here. If you'd read the contract you probably had to sign when you made your account, maybe you could threaten to sue them.
