Is it normal sunlight and warm weather makes me weak

Whenever its sunny outside i stay indoors because i cant stand the sun. I start to feel really weak when im out in the sun. However i feel extremely energized and good when its night and its dark. Few years back i had to skip the school a lot because there were lot of sunny days.

Is It Normal?

  • Maybe drink more water? Or, if it's quite serious and impacting your life a lot, see a doctor about it.

    • I already drink 1L daily, it has nothing to do with it. I dont feel thirsty. I just feel terrible when im out in the sun. I got all the curtains closed in my house.

      • 1L actually isn't enough even if you don't feel thirsty. It's recommended you drink 2, or even 3 on very hot days if you're outside.

        • I do drink more than 1L when its hot, but right now the average temperature during the day is 15C.

  • I thought carefully about it, and you had better go to Forks where it rains a lot and can meet Isabella.

  • I'm the opposite, the sun gives me vitality.

I can't stand the cold, dark nights in the winter. I get depressed and tired all the time. I crave sunlight and warm, dry weather.

I also hate humidity, I like specifically hot and DRY, Mediterranean/borderline desert weather is ideal for me. I'll take wet humid tropical heat over the cold though, any day.

  • i have this problem too. It's because i hate god's son jesus christ, and am reminded of his infinite energy and glory whenever i see the sunlight, and also despise how sun and "son" sound the same. is that a pun? and by the way, why is a "play on words" abbreviated to p.u.n.?

  • I used to feel that way in the dry heat of Las Vegas, but I actually feel better here in the Houston area. I breathe better in the humidity!
