Just curious does she have a big butt or is it bigger then your butt? It seems kinda weird that he would do it to one daughter and not the other. If she does have a bigger butt I would say that's the reason why he's slapping her. If you are about the same maybe that's just some sort of affection between the two of them. But hey if your sister doesn't mind it's no big deal.
