Is it normal something to do with blender and hands

I sometimes feel the urge to put on my microplane gloves ( which are used to protect your hands from sharp edges ) and stick it inside of the blender, but that is not all. I then turn on the blender, only for a few seconds then turn it off again. I am not entirely sure why, but this almost kind of turns me on. Is this normal?
