It's all a matter of taste, there's nothing objectively wrong with men acting more effeminately nowadays. More people nowadays prefer that to the more traditional view of masulinity (although I do think you're exagerrating the amount of people who prefer that anyway), that's just their opinion and you need to accept that. Otherwise you're just some grumpy old man complaining about "Kids these days! In my day...".
