          I didn't, but I'm guessing its coz locking collars are dangerous for cats because they can get caught on things & either strangle or strand & dehydrate your cats to death.

          Idk why they just downvoted & didnt say anything...fucking tards.

            true but i only said i'd look into it, never said i was going to get one people can't seem to read lol. doesn't seem like they're real though only for humans for like bdsm and i don't think i'd feel comfortable buying a collar meant for bdsm and putting it on my cat hahaha

        I don't know for sure mate. But I would guess so. I'm not a big pet guy, it was just an idea. They have them for people like myself into BDSM so that's why I thought of that. Lol!
