Is it normal people who use plastic surgery never fix nasolabial folds

I notice that everyone with tons of botox NEVER fix their disgusting nasolabial folds. Whats even the point then? considering those are probably the ugliest wrinkles a person can possibly have and I suppose you can somehow straighten them out or fill them with botox so why not do it if you're too lazy to prevent them naturally?! These people always have giant ugly lip fillers so their lips portrude like beaks between those two deep wrinkles.... Ive heard plastic surgery on the nose tend to give those deep lines as well though on the sides of the nose an if you look it really does and makes nasolabial folds even more apparent.
So hot with a paralyzed forehead, duck lips and folds from the nose down to the mouth....
