Is it normal people think you're creepy if you're too punctual?

I have a habit of calling or showing up at exactly the right time, down to the second. Some people have noticed. Is it creepy because I watch the clock and time it perfectly?

    I mean, yeah, if you're sitting there watching the seconds count down so you can appear right on the dot, that's creepy.

    I am usually early if not late. Started that after I joined marching band. If you're early your on time, if your on time you're late and if you're late you're dead. Its been years since I've marched and I still live by the rule.
