Any drug can have different effects on different people...however the driving thing scares me...you should never drive while drunk or high thats just stupid and dangerous.
As for the creative thing...I think it holds some truth... it may help people become more creative...this is just the effect it has on them. I disagree with you on if using means your not being creative...hiwever I dont think one should rely on a drug for creativity.
I have had quite a few people tell me how amazing they bet I would be high on weed...but I guess ill never know lol. I prefer to come up with my creative ideas in a shower or while enjoying some music.
Think about it though: people rely on all kinds of drugs. Antidepressants, for example. How is marijuana any worse? Hell, as far as I can tell, it has less serious side effects than most doctor-prescribed drugs.
Just because some people rely on some other drugs doesnt meen they should ... im not saying its worse...im saying I dont think its good to become dependent on a drug for all your creativity ....or for other reasons.
it does have less seriouse side effects...im not sure why your arguing with me?
Im pro legalization
I really don't get the creative thing. I think if anything it makes me less creative. I was smoking more often last year but lately I have only done it about once a month. I've become bored with it in the past as well and tend to smoke in fazes. I see no benefit from it other than it can be fun sometimes. I have a few friends who insist it does not impair them and say it is just me. I do believe they are just unaware of it's effects and smoke too much to realize they are high.
True some people maybe be unaware as they cant see themselves. And you can become used to it and have to smoke more for a high.
I dont know if it would make me more creative...but I have heard stories of people who do smoke and get creative.
I had one friend tell me about this girl he used to know...one time she got high and painted a whole picture on a wall...she came up with all these stories for the little lives her painted people have...he showed ne one picture he had of the wall...it was indeed beautiful and detailed...
unfortunently I guess because she was high... failed to remember they were selling the house and had to paint the walls a solid color ...
That sucks they painted over it. I do notice getting high can make me stay on task better, but at the same time it makes tasks take longer and more difficult, which completely defeats the purpose of staying on task. I do not have the laziness problem a lot of people seem to get. I actually like to smoke in the summers when I have to do yard work because it makes the time pass by more quickly.
IIN People say weed does not impair them?
