    • Think of it like this:

Romantic attraction to someone is the desire to do things with them that can be shown in a kids movie, things like holding hands, cuddling and kissing.

Sexual attraction is the desire to do things shown in 18+ films with them, like masterbating them and oral, vaginal and anal sex.

Romantic acts don’t always lead to sexual ones and romantic attraction doesn’t always include sexual attraction (and vice versa).

      • Ok well then would you do those things with a kid, or a family member? Why or why not?
See, it's not about whether you actually want to have sex with them.
If someone gives you butterflies, makes you blush when you are around them or think of them, makes your heart flutter with fantasies of them, whether they be kissing, handholding, cuddling, or making love/fucking them, then no, sorry, you are NOT ASEXUAL.

        • The definition of asexual is just a person who is not sexually attracted to anyone. There is no mention of romantic attraction, as has been explained to you several times now, that is a separate thing. Your feelings do not change the definition.

Your nonsensical gate keeping and deliberate conflation of sexual and romantic attraction speaks only of ignorance at this point.

          • And you didn't answer my question which proves I have won. Attraction =/= an act. It's a feeling, caused by whatever hormone or chemicals released inside you that makes you long for someone, for the scientific reason to reproduce with them, whether you WANT to have sex with them or not is irrelevant, it is still the root PURPOSE of "romantic" attraction.
Just like how people try to say gender and sex are different things, when gender is a word made up to describe stereotypes of how people of both sexes should look and behave, whereas sex is whether you are a male or female.
What is the point of romantic attraction then, scientifically speaking? What is it there for???? Answer that and maybe I'll take it seriously.

          • *An asexual is someone that is not attracted to anyone.
