Now, certain dispositions are according to the natural order; in this case, that disposition is heterosexuality. Other dispositions are -not- according to the natural order, thus they are dis-ordered.
BUT a disorder is not necessarily an inherent cause of evil, since, in some cases, they cause no evil, such as in asexuality, and, in other cases, they are offset by the ordered portion of the will (as in chaste homosexuality).
Dispositions (as sexualities are) are not a medical issue, but an issue of the will, which can be changed via the intellect.
