Is it normal panic disorder comes & goes & what do i do

I went through really bad panic attacks some months ago & I got over majority of them up until these last few weeks...
All the old thoughts are coming back and doing my head in :/ I don't know why because I've been feeling on top of the world prior to this all coming back. I would have my every day anxieties but not like this. I'm quite worried because I wake up thinking of when I'll get my next panic attack & its on my mind 24/7! I used to wake up thinking about normal stuff. I'm also afraid this long term anxiety stupid disorder will lead me to getting a heart attack in the future. I've seen my bloods live when I went through anxiety last & practioner definitely implied its heart attack material because all my cells were bunched together..

    Have you tried Mindfulness Meditation? Also try walking, preferably with your dog if you have one.

    If you have a pet keep it close to try and calm you down. Or listen to music. It helps me a bit.
