    I...have difficulty believing this story.
    but ...here it goes. ..

    You need to let her out of your basement...did she asked to be drugged?
    Also you are in the wrong here if you are keeping her locked in there.

      she could be a danger to herself and others...no I will keep her down there until she learns to control her behaviour.
