Is it normal one question links others from the same user?

This isn't the case. The related posts are random recent posts from the same category. It's possible they might be by the same person, but this would just be a coincidence. If someone posts very often, it might happen more frequently.

There is many many more examples but with this you can see my point that the IIN site links anonymous posts authors other posts to each other in the bottom section.
