oh god i definitely do this. today i ate a sleeve of oreos, a bag of candy corn, half a bag of pizza rolls, a bag of microwave popcorn, a croissant..... That's nowhere near how bad it used to get (and still gets sometimes if im being honest)... i definitely have some kind of eating disorder though so idk if id consider it normal. try replacing some of the boredom snacking with gum or a glass of flavored water (i use those little squirt bottle things to flavor my water). I dont know how it normally is for you so i dont know if its to the level where you need to be concerned, just keep an eye on your eating habits and try not to rely on food for comfort
