Is it normal numbness in hands and lips
Sometimes my hand and lips will get numb and tingle. When this happens my hands are stiff and hard to move. Is there a way to stop it?

If it's the same feeling you get when you sleep on your arm or another body part and it's "asleep" and feels tingly and hard to move, but it wasn't caused that way and comes on for seemingly no reason, you should see a doctor. It can be a sign of nerve damage, among other things.
