It's normal because everyone is different. I'm one of those girls that dresses for comfort moreso than appeal. Every girl is different and girls take more time simply because they feel that looking good on the outside gives them confidence - which is important to us. On the other hand , some (but few) girls feel comfortable in their own skin and don't need makeup or provacative /brand name clothing to feel good about themselves
