Is it normal my voice makes me sound retarded or slow or unclear

It is hard for me to find work because people can't understand me.I have a weird sounding voice.I talk slow and they think I am mocking them.I am sort of pretty I guess.I went one job interview and they are like oh we thought you were a fat guy with specials needs.

When I call places for deliveries they think I am prank calling them. I get made fun of or yelled at or accused of being drunk when I do my current job. My boss is cool and doesn't think there is anything wrong with my voice but their is. He is probably going to retire eventually and I am kind of panicked. Any suggestions the dr's all say I am fine but it is definitely not fine.

Is It Normal?

    I get made fun of situation for my speech too, my dear individual. People individuals attack my family situation because I particularly talk with saying "individual" and "situation" a lot.

    I use to have a lisp. Not a bad one but it really bothered me to the point where I actually heard all the 's' and 'th' overly clear as I was speaking. It got to a point where I actually avoided 's' sounds when speaking. After a while I just chose to not speak at all.
    Then witch craft happened and my lisp just vanished nearly completely. Now I am just a hunk with an average sized penis
