My sister is 16, and she never flushes the toilet. It's horrible and disgusting because when I go to use the toilet I see poo in it and the toilet stinks.

I've tried telling her to flush, at first she even lied saying it wasn't her, but she says she will flush but she never does. I've even told my parents, they've lectured her several times but she is still not flushing the toilet. It's unsanitary, especially when she has a period because there's blood in the toilet!!!!

It's so disgusting and I don't know how to get her to stop or why she's doing it, I get so angry at her when she does it.
