You should hang out with more of them, you’ll gain perspective. I’ve quite a few gay friends. Lot of domestic violence in that scene too. I assumed it wouldn’t occur much, I was wrong.
Not at all, you may not even know many of them well at all. You may not be very old and have any real experience in the gay scenes. I’ve first hand seen plenty of abuse within those scenes. Just because you are gay doesn’t mean you know much about all the other gay people out there in the world. Plenty of iin users over the years have had very little life experience at all. If you’re not out there much you aren’t seeing much.
