Is it normal my right knee keeps popping?

I have hypermobility in both knees (also known as double jointed), and they've always been a little off, but my right knee has been popping a lot lately. It isn't painful, it's just unusual.

I've had one (I believe the same one, but now I can't remember because it's been years ago) pop out of place and lock for a couple of minutes, which is extremely painful, but it hasn't done it in years.

My doctors have not been able to figure it out.

Could be a tendon snapping over bone could be actual gas being released from a joint or you could have fibromyalgia which causes knees and Joints to pop more frequently only see a doctor when I actually starts to hurt when you pop it

It is normal, my knee has a torn meniscus. All I did was nothing.
