Sad, but, too true of many places. The PR's move in, bring their hood lifestyle to the previously nice area, and, boom..Hood all over again. My immediate area is mostly older or retired people, however, just outside of it is getting worse. Lot of PR's moving in from the city, pants halfway down their ass, not speaking English (which I hate..If you're going to be here, speak the damn language), and acting like they own the place. Kids are criminals, the parents still work in the city, so are never home, and you can tell gangs are present.
