Is it normal my parents don't let me eat what i like?

I'm 19 ( female and a bit underweight) and live with my parents. They've become real obssesive and mean with me about what I eat and what my lifestyle is like.
I have to eat 5 fruits and 5 veggies otherwise my dad shouts at me and insults me. I can't eat hamburgers, soda, hot dogs, pizza and any sort of pasta. Sweets are super banned and artifical flavoured things and real sugar. My parents are skinny and so am I, but we've never gained weight even eating greasy stuff.
My night snacks consist of bananas, strawberries, kiwi and a glass of water.
They're mean and say I'm a lazy cow because I go only three times a week to the gym for two hours. They said that if I have a headache it's because I don't eat well like them and exercise enough.
I can't even eat cereal like cornflakes... Just oatmeal.
Is this normal?

Time to move out or tell them to fuck off at least.

Eating healthy is good but it goes over board when they insult you about that. That's just being a bully. If I were you I would think about moving out. Its your life not theirs and at 19 you can make your own decisions.

Move out and start to be responsible for your own life. Then you can do and eat anything that you like.

That sounds very controlling and inappropriate for them to be treating you like that, possibly even borderline abusive. It's one thing for parents to encourage their kids to eat healthy, but another to insult and yell at them over personal choices. You're an adult and have the right to eat what you want, and your exercise habits are none of their business.

Honestly, if you're having headaches a lot it could be due to vitamin deficiency. Fruits and veggies are great, but you have to have some carbs/protein/iron/oils or you'll get sick. A low calorie diet that misses essential nutrients might make you skinny, but it doesn't actually make you healthy -- if you're hungry it's probably because you aren't actually getting enough nutrition on the very restricted diet they have you on.

I am a 20 year old girl and I wish my parents forced me to eat healthy. I don't think it's right that they are being rude about it, but I think it's ok that they are forcing you to eat healthy.

I don't agree with them forbidding pizza and pasta. I think pizza and pasta can be very healthy depending on the toppings.

I agree. It's nice to have parents that care but yours are over the top. Not being able to eat cereal?? Its not even fattening. Plus it has good minerals that oat meal doesn't. They should allow you to make your own choices at your age
