my mother has always ruined my life. Any where I work she will come in and make a scene, and get me fired.
Every where I have lived int he last 5-6 years, she has stalked me,opened the doors like it is her own house.
She calls me over 20x a day.
For example she saw me yesterday, and she will call me the next day -consecutively 20x in a row.
She shows up at my friend's,my bf's apt. and my own apartment, and has attempted to open every single door and walk in as if it her own home.
My neighbor's are getting very upset, and have stated that they will call the police if she comes around trying to open their doors again.
My mom knows nobody, she works 3x a week as a elderly caretaker. She has no life of her own.
She has blamed me on the failure in my relationship with my (now x) husband. She truly expects me to stay in an abusive relationship and let my daughter and self to be abused. She has screamed this to my face in front of my siblings,aunts and uncles. Everyone in my family thinks she is a psycho nut. Everyone in my family has also told her to back off and let me be my own person.
when ever things are good between my father and I she continues to try to destroy that relationship I have with him, so that I can no longer receieve any financial assistance from him. She gets jealous(I know it sounds dumb but she really does)

I am not saying that out of madness or anger.
seriously, my brother,2 sisters, and I have showed our mother how to burn a cd on the computer....over 200x. I say this with out exageration. She still doesn't know how to burn a cd, put the photos from the digital camera onto the computer, attach photos to her emails....we have showed her how to do these things over 200x since I was 14 years old. She still says "I don't know how to do it!" We are all at the point of just walking away or leaving the house when she demands us to show her how to do it again.
I am going to be changing my number shportly(in 3 weeks)
I texted her the other day telling her "I am a mother, and an adult. You need to stop what your doing, and realize that I have my own life. I am not sitting here on my hands and knees for you to show up. What your doing is called harassing and stalking me. Stop showing up at my apartment, stop showing up at my friend's apartment, and STOP trying to open people's doors! Somebody is going to call the police on you and it won't be me! STOP IT! I am going through a divorce, and your making this 200x more difficult for me to deal with it!

she calls me and texts me 2 hours later acting as if nothing happened. I didn't answer her calls at all. I did text her one last time "FYI ___(my daughter's name here) and I are doing just fine! You don't need to show up stalking me everywhere! STOP IT. Just don't call me or talk to me for a while."

I think im dealing with the same kind of situation. Im the same age as you no kids yet and i still live with the stalker (moth er). she turns the tv off in her room just to sit and listen to everything im saying and doing. When i go to bed and close my door she standing in the hallway quietly. trying to see if my boyfriend is in there with me. ive caught her hiding in my bathroom shower. she has my uncle tap my phones because hes a private investigater. they hack into my fb account and read my messages. she keeps my family and friends updated on my finacial status in doller amounts. she just sits in the quiet and observes everything i do. if me and my bf go get somthing to eat she gets mad and ask why didnt we tell her. My boyfriend cooked dinner why night for me and him and she got mad jumped in her car bought carls jr and insisted she eat her burger in our faces like ahaha. One time she told me in a heated argument how many times i ate out that week. I feel like im being watched 24/7. She may haeve cameras in the house. When she goes to work she calls the house phone 10x or more a day just to hear the background. I am 25 yrz old im trying to get away from her shes crazy and i dont know if shes a stalker or mentally ill but shes very obssessed with me and i want to get away from her. she has no life or man and her focus is me. im cutting her off slowly i want somebody to help me. i dont know what to do anymore she making me depressed

Sounds to me like she has a metal illness - maybe dragging her to a doctors'/mental hospital/counsellor woudl help?
Otherwise, I think all you can do is cut your losses and let her rot in her own bitterness.
