ps: it is impossible to drag her to the doctors. She will refuse to go and seek help. My grandmother who passed away when I was around 16 yrs old, had mental illnesses such as Alziemehrs and i think also dimentia, and some other things(Unsure of the exact names of the illnesses) but she couldn't talk anymore, all she could do is point at something she wanted and cry her brains out.
She eventually passed away from sickness and old age(age 88 yrs old)
