Is it normal my nipples get hard if i rub them

95% Normal

I'm a guy and my nipples get hard if I rub them with my fingers, like not just touching them softly but being more rough or when I accidentally hit my nipples. and it stays that way for about 30 seconds or so. I thought it only happened to women.
