Whether it has anything to do with your question is unimportant; we are debating here, and, in my opinion, that's what Is It Normal is all about.
It being weird should not change whether or not you do it. For that type of thing, I'd say that only morality should matter, and adding flatulence would not make it any more morally bankrupt.
