Your analogy is poor. The q-tip would start out clean and get dirty in your nose. Also, the whole concept of a q-tip in the nose isn't comparable either, unless the theoretical person already normally cleans their nose with a q-tip, and has decided to blow their nose onto the q-tip, which would actually be a more effective method of cleaning the nasal cavity than just using a q-tip.

Any quantity of feces you are thinking of needs to be reduced an extreme amount, based on what you seem to believe a "small quantity" of feces is. Flatulence is almost all gas; it doesn't get "trapped" unless you're suggesting the penis is making a perfect seal, in which case the flatulence wouldn't be able to exit the rectum anyway.
