    Just how loud do you crunch your cereal? If it can be heard in the apartment above you I think you should try for the Guinness Book of Records!

    Seriously, I think you're imagining this, but maybe not the water because that can make a noise going through all the pipes in the building

        If I were you, just to rule out over sensitity on your part, get a friend to be there next time you're chewing and see what they observe about the people upstairs.

          I've actually had 3 different friends listen and they've heard my neighbors being ridiculous, and I even brought over the lady who dyed my hair last month and even she thought they were weird. It's essentially stalking only less serious.
