It's normal but shitty of her to keep it secret. She would probably be suprised if she told your Dad she wanted to sleep with other men but stay married to him, he would probably say its cool and start hooking up with other people himself.
It's not a fair request it is blackmail. Still leaves your dude getting shit on too so basically a selfish act on your part. That being said the whole situation us really hot and something I could see myself doing tbh. Either that or just straight up take her men and make sure she knows about it somehow.
