Is it normal my heart hurts after punching myself in the chest?

i was just messing around with my friends and as a joke i punched myself in the stomach a few times. on the last punch i got a bit careless and accidentally punched myself in the chest pretty hard. for the past two hours i have been feeling a little pain from my heart similar to the feeling i get after running a lot and it's been a little difficult to breathe. i'm just concerned that i may have hurt my heart or lungs.

Is It Normal?
