Good questions...the answer to the first may lie in natural instinct - think about one male animal and his selection of females (dogs, cattle, elephants, lions etc) Women don't tend to have so many fetishes as men because men are more visual than women and fetishes tend to have a more visual element. The tactile ones tend to be the more common ones for women.
Most women are monogamous? Loads of surveys done on this and it's 54% men cheating women 46% cheating so we're all pretty much as bad as each other. Hope you don't think I'm detonating you here! Just giving my thoughts/ info...
