I mean I would have if when confronted they would not have lied about something else. Which just shows they are basically dishonest overall. They also done other very questionable things which have scared me in the past. I just didn't think they would lie about something like this when lying about it can cost a person a job, friendship, someone's health or housing. So it's really fucked up. Not even arguing for the existence of covid either. Just its very clear what the stigma is, so fucking someone over like that is so selfish. It's like accusing someone of witchcraft as a joke during the salem witch trails. You know lying is gonna have terrible results but going ahead and doing it anyways.
