1) Like some people have already suggested, ignore her completely. This may seem easy, but it can be really hard if this person turns out to be persistent. Hopefully though, she will eventually lose interest in you.
2) Psychologically attack her. I'm talking about taking your attempt to embarrass her and go even farther. Invade her personal space and accuse her of having certain issues while in public. Do something to make her feel ashamed of what she's doing. This isn't really recommended, but if you can do something to really humiliate her then I'm pretty sure that she will back off.
3) Also not recommended, but you can always just get violent. Even if she fights back, she surely won't be doing this kind of act anymore. (Though you risk a suspension or worse.)
Anyways, I'd mostly just go with option one, and though I typed out three options, there is always plenty different routes that you could take (i.e. tell a teacher or her parents or threaten a restraining order).
IIN my female classmate seems obsessed with me?

The way I see it, you have three options.
