Completely ignore her. Don't talk to her or about her, if she stares at you don't even look up. She may take it as a challenge for her to win your attention at first, but if you're consistent and do it for long enough she will hopefully get bored with you.

Exactly, just don't acknowledge her. Until I found out she was 30 I just thought she was a hormonal teenager...but she's just an obsessively clingy adult.
I tried your advise. WOW!!! She noticed like instantly that I changed and Im not paying any attention to her. It seems to really be bothering her. But I think she will get tired. I'm going to keep ignoring her!! THANKS for the advice!!!! :)
