Sounds like a raging alcoholic, possibly a sex addict as well and an all around creep. Cheer up, he'll most likely die of something related to his liver if he doesn't sober up soon, or perhaps it's too late already.
Well, I certainly don't feel sorry for a person like him. I wonder if it's diabetes related? Well, he still is undeserving of anyone's pity or sympathy.

He is not healthy, he drinks and his feet swell up like balloons but he hasn't stopped.
