sounds like your family is a bunch of homophobic rednecks....it is called personal preference and some do it for hygeine reasons ...to feel cleaner. However, you should wax instead. Shaving causes razor irritation, ingrown hairs, doesn't last long, irritating/scratchy regrowth etc. Waxing leaves you smooth longer, less skin irritation, and the hair grows back finer and softer(not scratchy at all).

It is normal to want to get ride of body hair...who wouldn't? It's understanable to be concerned about what your family thinks, but it's your body.

You should be able to shave your hair if you want to. And it's not gay, it's a pretty modern practice, but I feel like if you were gay, they still shouldn't avoid you.

My family said I was gay because I shaved off my body hair. I sat them down and told it to them straight. I'm not gay because I shave off my body hair, I'm gay because I like cock.

But seriously I don't like my body hair either. It's like puberty came and didn't know where to stop. I can already make a baby why give me all this fuzzy shit afterwards. I don't think it annoys me enough to really get rid of it.

Tell them you started swimming. Swimmers shave to cut down on water resistance and make themselves that little bit quicker.

I shave my body hair,I've never gotten complaints about it from ladies. The only ppl who say its gay are the ppl who wouldn't have sex with you either way. So do it it grows back rather fast.
