Is it normal my eyes wander everywhere all of the time

I'm always looking at everything that happens around me and I never look at people in eyes when talking, my eyes just move around all the time. People think I'm crazy or something for doing this but I can't help it, I do it unconsciouslY. It's NOT a tick or uncontrolable at all, I just do it all the time.

Is It Normal?

    If you have bad eye contact, it could be just social anxiety. I have this and its hard for me to focus my eyes on someone. If it's not socially related, it could be something like nystagmus.

    I find myself doing this all the time. But it's usually because I'm paranoid and I feel like someone's watching me idk

    Yeah, that's a good way to creep people out, but so is holding eye contact for too long.

    Sounds like anxiety and/or self-consciousness to me.

      I mean, I can stop doing it but it is really uncomfortable to look at people in the eyes and I subconsciously do it when I try to think before saying something if that makes any sense.
