Idk maybe it's because you have a peice of metal that is pinned into your sensitive ear skin.

Yeah dude my ears swell up after being in my ears for a couple of hours if it’s fake, your earlobes just want the real thing.

I often experience this in hot weather and have found that dabbing on tea tree oil with a cotton bud clears it up with only a couple of applications. I wear sleepers and after I use the tea tree oil front & back I turn the sleepers around a few times.

Do you tend to buy cheaper earrings? It might be a nickel allergy. Try looking for stuff that’s pure stainless steel (or sterling silver if you have the cash to spend.)

Yeah especially gauges some people walk around just stinking like ass and the people closest to them just don't have the heart to tell them they smell bad so just do it for yourself
