I alwase have to have my door closed. Its not that I shut myself out from the world, Its just that I feel so frusterated and anxous when its wide open. Is this normal?

    I love keeping my door closed! I feel safe within my room and blankets. Plus I also have panic and anxiety...... Soooo yeah.....

    I'm pretty sure most people keep their doors closed. It's normal to want privacy and peace of mind.

    There's nothing wrong with enjoying some peace and quiet as well as privacy. Good for you! I always preferred to keep my door closed when I lived with my folks and other people in general.

    For the most part we keep all the doors on the inside of our apartment open now though for the cat.
