Iin: my cat has never scratched me before.

I've had my cat for 4 years, and I've NEVER been scratched, or bitten, or even hissed at. I pick him up, kiss him, hug him, give him belly scratches, but I never get scratched. Some say my cat just trusts me, others say my cat is abnormal. Is that normal that my cat has never harmed me in any way?

    My cat I've had for 10 years never scratched or bit until I tried to force-feed her medication once. She bit my thumb so deep I lost feeling in the area for a month. Don't hold it against him if it happens to you!

      Well yeah, but it never drew blood and it never truly hurt. I was talking about how my cat has never PURPOSELY scratched or bitten me

        Ah ok, that's totally normal. I thought you meant it never play-fought with you...that would be odd. Like it was terrified of you or something.
