You just described my ex!! :) the time will come if it has not yet come that you will get tired, but you'll still have no guts to leave him because you love him, but he is that way because you allowed it, like I did. He treats you like this because in his head he thinks that no matter WHAT he says or does, you'll never leave him... I can't tell you to leave him, cuz you won't do so, but the easiest thing you can do is give him a tate of his own medicine (be a complete BITCH and act like you don't give a damn) and he'll have to realize there IS a possibility he CAN loose you...
